This hotel offers a truly luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & Wellness Centre is a standout feature with its sauna, Jacuzzi, full body massage and spa lounge. the indoor swimming pool is fabulous, though the outdoor pool is seasonal. the sun terrace and garden area are also well-maintained. the restaurant offers an excellent breakfast and dinner with a wide range of options, including special diet menus. In-room breakfast is also available.
One minor issue we encountered was the lack of wifi in some areas, which was slightly inconvenient. this didn't detract from our overall positive experience.

We loved the hotel facilities, which included a large spa area with outside sauna and Jacuzzi in a beautiful garden. The hotel was also in a very quiet location in the Austrian mountains, with breathtaking views from the rooms. The staff was super friendly and took care of us like celebrities. The breakfast was extraordinary and the dinner was delicious.

The hotel offered a delicious Easter brunch with a variety of choices including fresh baked pastries and eggs cooked to order. the location of the hotel was breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to hiking trails. the indoor pool and spa area were a fantastic way to relax after a long day of activities.
Although the hotel had a lot to offer, the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some modernization. the room service was slow and took longer than expected to fulfill our requests.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and offers lovely walks around the hills and waterfalls. the restaurant serves excellent food and the staff is very friendly. the hotel's garden is well-kept and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
One of the cons is that the swimming pool is small for the number of people staying at the hotel and there is competition between adults and children wanting to use it.

Easter at this hotel was a great experience! The Easter egg hunt for the kids was so much fun, they loved every second of it. The location was also perfect, not too far away from the town center and easy to get to. The spa was a real highlight as well, very relaxing and clean. The pool was great and we loved the outdoor hot tub!
The food could have been better. We found that the options were a bit limited and not as tasty as we had hoped.
